I’m sure you figured it out now ( commenting whilst watching) but if you end up seeing a gap I think some white self adhesive 2mm pvc edge strip fitted between the cover and trim ring once it’s up could work..hope that makes sense👍🏼 Edit..looking good that fitted just right and so much light..I think you might need a roof deck 😊

Hi. Thanks for the suggestion. Yes that would have worked if I'd needed it. Luckily we got away with it in the end👍😁. Wish I had space for a roof deck.

Great video!! We had the same issue with our skylight - and our flange (the finish once ceiling is done) wasn’t right either - had to make amendments! Love the camera angles too, your butt looked great 😂🙌🏻 Wish we went for a bigger skylight now that’s amazing - oh and we discovered by dumb luck the fan / skylight combo creating a nice breeze - I was like SJ it feels like a proper breeze in here and boom we then knew about that air physics Good luck with the renovation job! Excited to watch the seat swivel dramas!
