There's absolutely nothing wrong with putting higher spec bumpers on a lower spec car. As long as you don't badge it up as something better than what it is (just like you said you wasn't going to) then it's all good 👌👌

Not sure if you’ve seen before… full red lens film looks good over the rear lights. Brings it up to date a little. I done it on my old TTS

This is the project I’ve been waiting on Mat Armstrong to do. I know he did up his last TT but felt he could go further now that he’s more experienced in doing up cars. Therefore You’re doing gods work son. 😁

Had same issues with my Cupra front calipers, impossible to fit the retainers without force which damages the paint 😢

Looks good , wrap either a bright orange , black top , or yellow with black top .. had my Porsche cayman s. Done orange with a black top black trims on mirrors and spoiler

Putting the body kit from a ttrs is NOT the same as upbadging! This looks awesome, keep it up. OEM+ modified cars are some of the cleanest cars from enthusiasts.

TTRS Diffusor fits only on TTRS rear bumper. Other rear bumpers do NOT have necessary fixing points. Sorry camera moves to fast that anyone can see what is important fixing exhaust blenders at diffusor and bumper.... Thank you very much for this video. Greetings from Germany.

Hopefully tr Hamza can help you out with the bodykit and spoiler at a good price aftermarket parts are so hit or miss with fitment/quality. Lose the badges altogether imo but looking good 👍👍

Hi Chris don't go for aftermarket on the spoiler the fitment will be terrible, I got lucky with mine and picked up a genuine ttrs for my 3.2 v6 tt and drilled the original spoiler and bolted it down, then I coded out the active spoiler with a obd 11. Fits better and none of the original seals etc are disturbed etc. Plus don't you remember matt with his spoiler all those videos ago lol 😆 love the content

@TR hamza has got ttrs breaking. He mentioned in one of his videos that he will be breaking it may be worth giving him a shout for front bumper

I’m debating putting a RS rear bumper on my 2008 TDI (Quattro), but I’m worried about the TDI having a single exhaust and how it’ll sound if I cut the end off. Do you think it’ll be possible to upgrade to a twin exhaust plus an RS bumper?

Those red wheel center caps are ruining the black and white combo on the car. So if you have some white paint left, I would paint them. I am looking forward to next videos, keep it up!

Your tts rear bumper is the exact same as the ttrs bumper, only the diffuser is different so you could still use the old bumper if you swap over the diffuser

I think the quad exhausts look better but everyone has different tastes

You didn't need to use a filler with that . What you should have used was a stopper , Holts knifing stopper or carplan cellulose putty its used for scratches or using on the top of the filler to take out all your scratches . Quicker easier and cheaper with a much better finish

Is there a crack in the disc? The black on the bumper is different to body.

Could you not do the calliper covers white too? Personally I think they look a bit odd in black. I'd have painted them too and then put black s badges on?

Getting there should be a decent daily whip any updates on the arosa track slag ????

The trick to doing body work is to apply more filler than you you need and by that i mean spread it over a bigger area as when you sand it down you take off a large amount of the filler you put on it and when painting you always want to key the area as it will lift off and start peeling over shiny paint you can use a grey scotch brite or a p800 sand paper when it starts lifting the wrap will also start lifting as it wont have a proper area to stick to

Powder coated white calipers would have looked good too

Should've painted the RS sticker covers white as well

Not a fan of the debadged front grille on these, if you get a RS front bumper you should keep the audi badge on & just remove the ttrs badge if it has one ( dont want to claim its something its not lol )

Those white calipers look hideous! Change the colour, and change the wheels.

You need to paint those plates white as well before you get a sticker for them.

Not enjoying this build Chris, the car is old hat, ten a penny on the roads, so to stand out it has to look very special as all TT's look the same no matter the spec. How have you gone from an Aston to this? The van you did, I get as it was your van however, to move the game on you really need to step it up.....perhaps it would have been better to do the Audi before the Aston. The white calipers look tacky, very Essex boy racer look.
