Installing backup camera in 2004-2008 Ford F150

Жыл бұрынRed Wolf unit bought off Amazon for $60. Took about 2 hours going slow and wasting some time doing things wrong.
Need an 8 and 10 mm socket, drill and drill bit is helpful, and a butt splice connector and if you have some of your own crimp style splice connectors I recommend them over those included, but the included ones will work (I used one).

At 1:59 there are some green and white wires that terminate in white plugs. What are those for? Do they need to plug into anything? Mine has nothing that looks as if they would fit into.

I can't recall what those are for, but fairly certain I just left them alone, not plugged into anything. They might be for factory hookup connectors on other vehicles or something? Im sure they use the same camera and wiring on all their kits.
