Torque Specs for bolts?
Can the factory gasket be re-used or does it require RTV/Gasket Maker?

Where's the drain plug?
This video covers the Dana M220 rear axle that you'll find under the JT Gladiator, JL Wrangler and the new Ford Bronco (excluding Raptor Bronco.)
Installation of the JL/JT M210 Front Covers is no different (except you may not have a drain plug if you have a newer style axle housing that matches the Xtreme Recon Package or Mojave M210 housings)

Safe to assume that a new gasket is used correct?

Jonathan, you can certainly grab a new gasket if the factory one is compromised, but they are designed to be re-usable. Not infinitely re-usable of course, but the diff cover on my JLU rear end has been off 4 times and successfully reassembled with the same original factory gasket so far. Worth an inspection each time for sure though!
