UPDATE: you have to put the factory ring back around the pump! I found out hard way, got gas and it came rushing out (car was on trailer) . We were putting it on backwards the hole time. took probably 10 min at the dyno shop.

Aye bro how is the fuel pump secure without the lock ring but your videos definitely information ik who to ask when I start mine

Good question, on top of the pump there’s a slot that gets wedged where the old pump would go once the new pumps in just slight turn it and it will under the old Clip already there. Any questions just let me know 🤟

Did you have to hook up the factory inline fuel pressure sensor on the right side of the tank? Did you run the old pump power wire to turn on the FC3 Staged Controller?

Did you fish your stainless fuel line from top to bottom or bottom to top to get to the fuel hat?

I think I ended up bending metal up and from the top then I put my fittings on

Which fuel rails do you have? Lsa is passenger side feed i believe

Mine lines up on driver side I think they zr1.

@@1bad8 -8 feed and return? how much rwhp are you shooting for? Was there any other fuel system that you considered? Which fuel rails are you going to run?

@@Day0042 ik some ppl don’t run a -8 on the the return, but I really wanted this kit for the quality and long term goals with the car. On this set maybe around 650-700hp. Ik there’s the dsx kit and zl1 pumps etc there’s a few other ways to go but this fore kit is really good

Def not a good place for the regulator, if ya ever have a fuel leak the blower motor will suck the vapor into the cabin and into blower motor where there's spark..fireball waiting to happen...I built basically the same car in my shop a few years ago, only with a 412ci, ported zr1 supercharger, cammed etc. etc. I miss the hell out of that car.

I respect what your saint I just don’t see how the blower motor will spark a flame ?

@@1bad8 spark happens between the commutator and the brushes on the motor as the motor spins , and the vapor of fuel is what's flammable so if it sucks past the cabin filter into the blower motor it could be dangerous ,I mean it isn't gonna blow up into a fireball but if those fore ends leak like mine did I wouldn't want it there haha.

@@1bad8 absolutely love the build though bro , I had the liquid red but I wanted the maroon one so damn bad , it definitely looks the best of them all imho..mine surprised gtr's,vettes,scat packs, hung with hellcats pretty easily too.
