Hello Bhai Loga it took very long time to make this video finally here it is. Led headlamp cost Rs.1594,we bought from HONDA SHOWROOM. Wire connection is different you can bye socket or do alteration like we did Be carefully while doing wire . we just tried that it can be fit on old Honda Dio Scooty that all.

you r a genious, Can u help me with a problem of my new Honda dio bs6, it makes a gssgsssgss noise when i slow down speed and gone after 10-15 second when i completely slow and increase peak. i talk with the show room but they cant pin point the cause.

2016 model mai fit hoga bs3 hai, dekhne mai same lagraha hai, baki wiring mai problem nehi hai. Halogen wala hai, bs4 jaisa hi dikhta hai.

Hi bro, first of thank you for this video 🙂 I wanted to ask you that as the headlamp is connected with AC from engine will the LED go bad? I want to replicate same in Activa 125 and have been reading that LED’s work best with DC current only ie. directly from battery. Can you share me your views?

See,As I know That LED Work with DC current fine,good and well,but in this case we can also use this in AC current tho this LED Is designed to work in AC current,it will not harm.

@@jhdmk5883 Hi, thanks for your reply, so last week I got the LED headlamp installed. I had to change the current rectifier and then made correct connections to the headlamp. Working like a charm😍💓

@@shivshankardas3596 ya bro coz new model led headlight doesn't work on bs3 models.. So u have to change rectifier and wiring harness total costs u 4k around for all items
