Күн бұрынI work my way through converting my rear tailgate window from a power window to a manual one. Also the troubles with Crown Automotive replacement hand crank. How I made it even work correctly.

Right on! I swapped on an earlier manual tail gate a decade ago (no, the latches don't line up right, but a c clamp holds it closed. Going to do this correct swap soon, thanks for posting! Gambler68

Thanks for putting this up...BJ's has the cast alumunium handles but they are pricey as heck...but I bought one any way...was looking for tips on how to disassemble and you provided enough clues....appreciate it.

How did you solve the issue where it stops rolling up before it’s all the way to the top?

I found it was the new weather stripping needed adjustment. Window was fine.
