Plans can come and go all the time, I didn't get a quarter of the seat time i wanted to this summer, but you know your priorities is with family! Good video, i'm looking at a rotopax system myself as well as a rotopax water jug for camping purposes rather than taking a bunch of bottles or thermos's for camping.

Great video as usual…….I put 2 one gallon roto pax gas tanks on my stock storage box……I also go on longer rides by myself and so it gives me a sense of security knowing I have two gallons of fuel at the ready to get back to camp…….plus can help out others if their low on fuel and have none……I think I will cut out the bottom layer of plastic, as you did, so that I have a much more secure attachment of the plate to the storage box……even though I have had no issues with mine…….thanks again and it’s great that your taking care of number one……

If you want to step it up, I'd cut a thin peice of rubber to put behind the Rotopax mount to give it a "water seal". I'm sure slug as it is water won't get in but if you're bored one day, haha.

Congratulations! Before you know it, you'll be needing a Grizzly 90 for the little guy. We just got our boy one this year. He's turning ten this month. By the way, nice job on the reinforcement of the Rotopax fuel can. I used to run a plasma cutter (cut out webbing - mostly for columns and rafters). It would be cool to have one of those hooked up to AutoCAD in the shop.

Wishing mom a quick and full recovery!! 🥰 I'm kinda surprised you haven't had issues with the plastic box holding up to the extra weight and stress, but if it works...that's what counts! I have a 3-gallon (~11L) Rotopax mounted to the front rack of my Outlander. Solid and works great but does take up that rack space. But I have plenty of room around or even on top of it if necessary. Cheers and keep up the great vids! 👍 I have some editing to do...I'm way behind... lol!

I have a older Polaris X2, it has a six and a half gallon tank and because its a 500 EFI it gets great milage for an ATV.
