Shade cloth will help. When instand under the shade cloth, it feels so much cooler.

Having pests is normally not good to have in a greenhouse, and garden. There are bugs that are fine to have, but many are not fine to have on plants, or anything else that grows. Your plants should have been treated, but instead are being eaten. There are ways to deal with this problem before it happens. I suggest not using dish soap.
