Hi Parul. I tried this dhokla recipe today and it came out awesome.. Though KZfaq is flooded with recipes but I always look upon your recipes whenever required because I find them 'foolproof' and am sure that your recipes will definitely turn out good. Last but not least, I must appreciate the simple and 'available at home' ingredients that you use in ur recipes.

I went over so many dhokla recipes and honestly yours was truly the best. I don't usually comment but I felt the need to for your video because of how satisfying your instructions were. They were so concise with all the additional tips and I love hope you gave alternatives for some of the ingredients /items we may lack in our kitchen. Thank you so much. I jus made it right now and I'm so happy with it. Except I think I poured too much of the water tadka on it and kinda made it wet 😛 but that's my own fault lol.
