the tailgating car flashed the car in front just before he went into the petrol station.. nobody would drive that close with a cop car alongside.. as somebody else pointed out he was probably covering the car in front that could have had a stash of drugs in the boot.. distraction, seems it worked a treat.

I am off to the police station tomorrow after I recorded someone tailgating me (I have a rear and front camera)- like you i am a Radio4 listener too so the evidence of the radio is a good time stamp.

He wasn't TAILGATING FOR NO REASON! That's his fucking friend, the guy in the focus most likely was dodgy, he was protecting him from getting pulled. Notice how he gives a flash to the drive before he turns into the petrol station. You think he didn't notice the police on his fucking side?! How do I know this? I'm well aware of these things since I was once a part of that side of life.
