Love this tutorial! 1 of the best I've seen. Can I ask a question though? Why is it that you shampoo after? Is it for a sleeker look and did you shampoo prior to starting service? And do you shampoo "after" each service when getting starter locs and extentions? Thanks in advance. Love and Peace XOXO

Hey there . I shampoo after every extension and instant loc installation . I do so because I like to double check my work to make sure there is no slippage or inconsistency with my installs .

Can i have advice from anyone who knows a lot ab dreads? im almost 3 months in my my locs journey... but i messed up at washin em every two weeks and my hair looks like i use to twist sponge... should i restart or jus keep goin... and if i let my loctician wash it, will it loc still?

Washing the hair makes it lock up faster . You’re fine. Just get them Retwisted . It’s all apart of the journey .

Hi can i ask a question. Im starting my dreads and i wanted to get retwists. but someone told me if i got retwist that i would get traction Alopecia. Is this true? Keep up the great work btw :D

Lol somebody lied to you ! Too much tension causes traction alopecia and hair breakage . You’ll be fine . Do your research and make sure you choose the best Loctician that can ensure that your locs will be in a healthy condition while in their care . Good luck !
