DEA Caught Red-Handed: Airport Intimidation

At airports across the U.S., Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents confront flyers as they are boarding flights and ask to search carry-on items.
These interactions are supposed to be consensual. But flyers often get the impression that they have no choice but to submit to a search.
IJ currently has a class action lawsuit against the DEA and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) over their unconstitutional searches and seizures at U.S. airports.

The DEA Agent and the Dog Handler should be jailed for falsifying reasons for detention and falsely signaling the dog to hit.

That agent acted exactly like a thief. He ignored the law and constitution because they didn't suit him. He shouldn't have that job.

As a retired police officer, the Agent needs to be investigated and possibly charged with violation of civil rights. He is acting like a punk. Sad, embarrassing, and chilling. The agent says he is annoyed… as he is being paid by the hour by the government. He is a lousy cop.

As a K9 handler for Bomb detection, you can tell that dog had no interest and was NOT in odor when he did his first scan of the bag, the fact that he went a 2nd time and sat showed he was just queued off his Handler because there were no signs of change of behavior, he simply sat at the ONLY bag that was in the area and knew he’d get praise.

This is what happens when no one prosecutes government employees who break the law. The fact that they illegally detained this man, but there are no consequences means that law may as well not exist.
