Happiness is the absence of desire.
Made this video to show that ultimately THERE are NO Instructions for Happiness! You create your own reality and happiness is truly discoverable deep within oneself.
There will be a part 2 speaking about WHY I left France :)
Also guys i'm so happy to be back and making content here on KZfaq. I haven't been active on here since I have been super busy packing up my life and leaving France. Can't wait to continue creating.

Hey Cecily, just wanted to say how grateful I am for everything you’ve shared through your channel. I came to Paris last year and, if it wasn’t for a video on how you got to meet new people when you first arrived here, I would’ve never known about the facebook groups people use here to meetup. I spent the entire second semester of 2020 confined in my room, but, ironically enough, after joining one of those facebook groups early this year, I’ve been going out with amazing people every week. Now I even have two inseparable friends!!! I find it so funny that I was sooooo close to never giving myself the opportunity to meet them. Thank you for being the one who opened that door for me. :)

Kinda wanted to speak to you in french, but for real, you probably dont think about it too much, but what you do is really helpfull on many level for a lot of people that might not take the time to write anything. "happiness is the absence of desire" shit. i never thought about that. over the past year i've moved from town to town in the US always seeking the next best thing. this august i'm finally going to paris to be an au pair which has been my dream. i hope this fulfills me and i don't keep looking to new places for happiness

Do not hope for your fulfillment. Know that you already have everything you need right now to be fulfilled in your life. Your environment, your job title, what you have in the bank account etc are all secondary. However, you and your approach on life is what's ultimately going to make you feel 'fulfilled'. You got this! Dig deeper on what's making you seek the next best thing, it's all within you
