Welcome back to Five Nights at Freddy's! This time we beat FNAF 4! This was genuinely one of the scariest games I've ever played. The tension in this game is absolutely insane. I'm still scared thinking back to the first few nights. I hope you enjoy this as much as it scared me! Much love and see you during the streams :D

when insym beat night 3 everyone was saying yay or good job but then you had someone asking the important questions, "Does Insym think in english or dutch?" This is a question scientists still can''t answer to this day

@@Mr_Skeddadle so in day to day life (if you still live in netherlands) you think in dutch but when playing an english game or other media or talking to someone that speaks english you switch to english thoughts? it’s an interesting thing. my girlfriend spoke only spanish until she was 9 and now thinks only in english i think.

@@jfk8540 I know two languages and I'm pretty sure most of the time I think in "things", not in any particular language. Like for example I think about chair, but not in a sense that I say the word chair in my head, but just about a chair as an object. This leads to situations when I want to say something, but I just forget the word for it at the moment. Sometimes I even remember the word for it in the other language than the one I'm currently using. When you focus about structuring a sentence then you probably think in a language you're currently speaking in, but most of the time you probably just think about things and emotions themselves, not the words for them.

Insym once you're done with the original games, you may want to try the fan games because some of those are also really good! Especially "the joy of creation" in my opinion

1:23:13 This is why FNAF 4 is probably my favourite one to watch people play. Just when you think you've gotten the hang of things, night 5 comes around and just fucks you over, completely changing the rules.

Honestly, I found fredbear/nightmare to be way easier than foxy, Freddy, chica and Bonnie. Something about the audio cues for fredbear make them way easier for me to hear and interpret, and I also like that feedback is basically immediate. I hated waiting to check for breathing, with fredbear I know he’s at the door because I just heard him run there and I know he’s not at the door because I just heard him run to the other side. It also helps that I know every audio cue is information about one singular animatronic, I don’t have to juggle thinking about which direction foxy just ran with the audio cues for the door animatronics. The only iffy part with fredbear/nightmare is the fake laugh vs real laugh thing, but I find that less annoying than the breathing cue picking the quietist possible point in the audio track to play. I died on night 5 a few times before 4am, but the first run I got to 4am I beat.

@@TheLibermania i dont use it but i think its for when a key is broken and "sticky" so the stickey keys mechanic helps that key stop for example if my "a" key is broken,it might get sticky and do this "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" get it?

What's really fascinating to me is just how quickly Scott (the dev) got all these games out, yet how different all of them are. You may not have known, but all 4 of the original games came out in the span of less than a year. Like, when the 1st became a colossal success, he got BUSY.

A lot of people said that he was milking the hype while it lasted, and while to a certain degree that might be true, I think one of the bigger things is that he was MOTIVATED. After having a lot of his games not gain much traction over the years, to the point that they were even insulted and shamed for poor design and bad animation, I imagine having so many people be enthusiastic about his creations was a real kick in the pants to go make more.

@@fluffy7358 What I love about FNAF's story is one of Scott's inspirations. Apparently, he was made fun of by critics who said his models looked like Chuck E Cheese animatronics, so he decided to make a horror game about animatronics. And now we have one of the most successful indie games of all time.

If I’m not mistaken Scott broke a record for that. Like no game had ever had 3 sequels within the span of a year before that. And what makes that even more incredible is that each one was really good in its own way. The first was the most simplistic in terms of animatronics but started it all and had very good gameplay. The second managed to one up the first in nearly every department, the 3rd completely flipped the gameplay on its head and had great visuals, and the 4th is the one with the most challenging and interesting lore. Just a very good job done by Scott.

That first jumpscare was the first time I've ever seen Insym genuinely recoil in fear. I'll be honest though, I had to rewind to watch it because I was leaned in so close to my phone that the jumpscare almost made me throw it.

When FNAF series came out, I spent so much time watching all the fanart everyone did with this them, specially some of the songs, which were absolutely gorgeous. And the lore is amazing. But I actually never played any of the games, nor have seen anyone playing a full play. Now that I'm watching Insym play it, I'm reviving everything, it's like a journey back some years ago. But I'm now also learning its mechanics, that is something new.

I'm asuming you speak spanish by your name so I'll explain this in spanish: Fnaf es un juego con literal 0 protección contra pirateo , asi que puedes instalar pirata los juegos en paginas seguras, o jugarlos en tu movil (no te lo recomiendo, pierden muchisima calidad). Y literalmente una tostadora puede correr los juegos asiq no te preocupes por eso. Porq la ultima vez que comprobé en steam el bundle de fnaf estaba por 17€ ,lo q me parece un robo. Apart from that I personally played them but I used to be "kinda" obsesed with Fnaf, I used to watch cringey animations like zajku37 (or whatever he was called) , or the Debautcherie's (the best IMO), or hear songs and watch fanarts. I would like to comeback to that time but at the same times not, It was cringey af.

fnaf lore is a mess, in the beggining it made some sense, scott could have just stopped at sister location and made some explanations that were missing but he decided to keep on milking the cow and it's just sad at this point. What was amazing was the sense of community that was created to try and figure out the mess of a lore that this franchise has and always will have

yeah I used to watch people like markiplier, and I still at least once a year go through and binge watch his fnaf videos because they are just generally amusing. He's not over the top like most youtubers are.

We’re halfway through the main series now, counting Security Breach that comes in December. Not counting the spin-offs though, like Ultimate Custom Night I really hope he continues with the rest of the main games at least

Ultimate custom night actually has some sort of lore to it! (Spoiler) Apparently it's something like William Aftons purgatory. Haunted forever and all that.

Honestly i’d say a game that is more of a spin off would be something like fnaf world, ucn has some actual lore that connects with the main storyline, idk that’s my opinion anyways

I am so happy that Insym seems to be finding as much fun out of the series as I did :D 100% FNAF is and was not overrated imo - there's good reason why the series blew up and the fact that Scott made most of the games in such a short time span really speaks to his prowess at delivering a really a cool and unique experience.

The fact that this game made me jump the way I used to when I was a kid is great. The one when he flashed the bed and turned to get grabbed early on caused me to jump scare into my joints aching. If that's not getting older, I don't know what is.

If there's one change I would make for every FNaF game, especially FNaF 4, it's to have the option of lowering the jump scare volume. I never got past night 2 because turning the volume up enough to hear the more subtle breathing sounds made the jump scares actually bother my ears, and it wasn't worth it for me. That said, really been enjoying the FNaF playthroughs, FNaF 4 is definitely the scariest. Hoping Help Wanted and the upcoming Security Breach are on the table. It's impressive how quickly Insym figures out most of the mechanics for the FNaF games, even considering the occasional yes/no questions to chat.

@@Mike096 Because you enjoy the gameplay? The option to lower the jumpscare volume makes the game accessible to more people, and that goes for any horror game. FNAF 4 in particular requires your volume to be very high to hear all of the audio cues, so the jumpscares can actually be so loud that it can hurt your ears. I plan on playing FNAF 4 soon and I certainly would appreciate the option to at least decrease it to the level of the other games.

It sets up that ambient feeling of having to listen closely while blinded by dark. It causes a lot of tension everytime you go up to the door, because you don't know what to expect

Great to see you play the series Insym. From here on out it gets much more "lore" based in FNAF Sister Location and Pizzeria Simulator. Ultimate Custom Night flips that balance on it's head however. Props for your scared expression being just as animated as Markiplier when he got his first death in the game!

UCN is also actually lore based as people speculate that the player is none other than Wiliam Afton aka the purple guy who, after being taken away by the Blob in security breach, got trapped in a virtual realm of his own nightmares, created by the ghost in golden Freddy. And that's the reason why there is every kind of animatronic in the game.

You can unlock more game modes, cheats, and challenge modes if you play through the extra nights! The cheats can reveal animatronics’ positions on the map so you can learn about them in-game, and the extra game modes have good challenge like the Blind mode. Nothing like that for FNAF 5 tho. :/

Unarguably the saddest game in the series. Glad to see you playing the games I partially grew up on with Markiplier. I beat this game on my ipad with earbuds lol. Never got to see if PC harder, tbh.

oh man insym, i hope you get around to fnaf VR/help wanted and fnaf custom night. those two are my all time favorites just because of how much content there is and how much fun you can have with the games. custom night is extremely, extremely challenging so im sure youll love it!!!

Only one thing annoyed me on night two is which he would always check the middle but it was for foxy and he couldn’t come out yet but it’s ok it makes it even funnier to watch him get destroyed. Love your vids man keep it up 😁

The bite of 83' is the fnaf 4 protagonist or " the crying child" accident is where the frontal lobe of a little boy was bitten off by Fredbear's spring locks failing causing the mouth to shut. the bite of 87' is where a day shift guard that is Jeremy the guard who you play as in Fnaf 2 during his 7th day shift gets his frontal lobe bitten off by Mangle, but they get mixed up a bunch though since 83 is more tragic and shrouded with secrecy

First of all, im so glad you actually turned up the volume to max, cause i can never hear the breathing in any other gameplay ive watched. 2nd, i think when you guys say no spoilers, people usually dont think that you're reffering to gameplay mechanics. I'll assume you mean like no spoiling the game's lore. So just might want to clarify that rule abit. They mean no harm, just want you to succeed in the game my dude

26:34 I think what happened was that you closed the door when Bonnie was across the hallway. When that happens, you just gave him an invitation to the door, and he won’t leave until it opens

The sticky keys just makes me think of the security guard mashing the door close button on the keyboard and sticky keys comes on and he cant shut the door and just starts panicking.
