Can international students do a modular course that will give the Post Graduation Work Permit after finishing their studying? Or you suggest international students to take the integrated course?

That's a great question, I know several international students doing modular to get a post graduation work permit, it kind of works because you can decide how slow you can complete the program, and usually you want to aim to complete it over 2 years so you get the 3 year permit. Of course, you can do an integrated program too, but you're going to spend a heck of a lot more money on it.

In Canada I believe ( I could be wrong) you're referring to 703, 704, or 705 ops? I'm looking to get into wide-body airline international long-haul flying.

how much cost the international students pay more than the domestic students for PPL and CPL ??

It's the same cost for domestic and international students at regular flight schools, but if you go to any university or college program you will have to pay quite a bit more as an international student as far as I know.
