Intel 7820X vs 10920X benchmarks

Both CPU's are at standard clock speeds.
Benchmarked using my normal workflows and with typical startup applications that I normally have running in the background.

Hi bro, i have a 7820x with similar specs as ur pc, i was considering getting the 14 cores one or 18 on, or get the ryzen 3950x and change mother etc.. do you consider does 4 extra core good enough for the price? do you have any3d render benchmarks?

I have 7820x too with RTX 3070 and I don't use the CPU for production anymore, just for gaming and playing 1440p. Do you feel real boost after CPU change? I was considering to change CPU, however it's a big expense.

It will be a bit quicker, but i'd argue it's not very good value. You'd be better off spending that money getting a 3080.

Hello, just purchased 10920X to replace my 7820X. Did you had any issues with Windows 10 activation or any other issue that may come after swaping cpu? Thank you.

I actually can't remember. I don't think I did.

Windows activation is related with your motherboard. So you change any other parts without any hassitation.
