I put you on my dresser and stood in front of you and kinda rotated my body as needed. I felt a lot of energetic shifts throughout this session. My mind was so curious and found your behavior mysterious and interesting. At the same time I was just breathing deeply and allowing my body to relax. This was really lovely, thank you 💕 I will say this definitely was intense. I would recommend a more gentle healing video for beginners, like your chimes or singing bowls 🥰

Holy cow, this was extreme! The second you started I felt some kind of pressure on my third eye/crown area, and it lasted the entire video😱 Then, there was a moment where my eyes felt wattery, and it stopped, so sudden, and then just nothing but peace🖤 I truly thank you Sunna, you are the best at what you do☺️

This video is so good. I didn’t expect anything expect for a normal negative energy pulling video but I’ve never actually ever felt my “negative energy” being pulled before until now. I think how sincere you were really helped me out with this and I had a very heavy but euphoric feeling in my heart/chest throughout the entire video. Thank you for this.

Silly little update, but since I started watching this video the first time to now, I feel like there literally has been a huge shift in my life for the better. I'm a skeptical person with a mother who taught me to be open-minded, and when I decided to really branch out and try reiki, it was almost out of rebellion of my old, in-the-box self. I'm glad I tried it. Idk how it works but it has really seemed to. I had a moment of realization a couple months ago that made me realize it's ok to be me. I've had my guard up for years.. Thank you wow, I really needed something like this , have been feeling exactly as you described in beginning of video. I've taken on so many others energies that I lost who I truly am and my true purpose. I m easily affected by others energy and I wish I wasn't. this is so crazy. i was very mad because my friends didn’t invite me to hang out with them and were ignoring me all day, but were posting about them hanging out, so ofc i was upset. i couldn’t even go to sleep, but with the first few minutes of your video that feeling just went away. when i realized it did i felt so sleepy and peaceful. it’s so crazy. i absolutely love it. thank you so much

I normally get tingles throughout my body when listening and watching these types of videos, but with this one the tingles were almost strictly felt in my skull. I could also feel my throat chakra being activated just a little cuz I wanted that to get some help too! This was so awesome!!

This video took such a massive weight from my head and my throat, one that I didn’t even realize was there. I have BPD and have been actively engaging in therapy and healing for five years now, and while it has taught me excellent ways to mitigate the pain, it can’t always prevent it. I’m always silencing my irrational/illigical thoughts and my throat tightens through all the unwanted feelings I’m inundated with every day, but watching your face felt like you were fighting for me and taking that weight off my shoulders ❤ thank you so much for your healing

I landed here randomly after searching for a video about aggressive energy acupuncture treatments. I didn't expect anything but thought it would be interesting to watch. I am surprised to find I definitely feel something with this. I don't really experience what others describe as asmr but sometimes feel worrying from visual triggers and this is very similar but much stronger? I'll have to come back to watch all is it, as I do need to sleep for work

Wondering how "spiritual energy" can supposedly be caught by a camera and then uploaded on some video platform. It's probably more the beliefs of people than actually something happening. Just like religious believers believe to see "miracles" and similar. For the ASMR aspect very relaxing, though it didn't change my life. Also I think our life experiences are indeed very valuable, even those of "toxic relationships" because they made us aware of signs in the future. They made us aware what we don't deserve. They made us aware what type of people we should avoid. That's not something to "heal", but something to make peace with. Our experiences are a part of us. While they do change us, they don't make us a worse person or less "authentic"
