The rule says that if Dumfries touches the ball with his head before his hand than it is not foul. Are you 100% sure that he doesn't? On the gol not given to Barca I dont even see what you are discussing: even if the touch is accidental, in case of goal, it is foul, no matter if he did it intentionally or not.

Just to be clear, for me it doesn't touch the head, so it should have been penalty. But I was explaining why they didn't give it: if there is a doubt even small that Dumfries touches with his head first they can't take the decision.
