I think its got beautiful ceilings. Would show & sell cleaned out. With only the furniture staying. Its a big job to clean out before you can renovate. Cute . I like that it has 2 entrances. ❤

That house has a lot of potential! The back storage room right behind the bathroom would be great to expand the bathroom back a little bit and make more room for laundry. The storage room behind the kitchen would be great to use as the living room lounge room. The kitchen is going to need a remodel, but is large and can definitely be an Eat in kitchen and you could easily have two bedrooms upstairs maybe even a one bedroom and en suite

Paint everything white. Good cleaning and repairs. Upstairs bedrooms are beautiful. Clean it all out. Get a decent kitchen and bathroom in. Voila!
