Because people just like you keep bitching about them and yet shilling out $20 to use the goofy bullshit. If you wear anything but mil-sim skins, you cannot talk. If you use anything other than realistic camos and weapons skins, again, you can't talk. While I'm not saying that you're guilty of the hypocrisy, I am saying I see plenty of it amongst the player base, and quite frankly, it's annoying. It's like calling the game boring whilst you sit at the back of Sub Base or something the entire match. Know why you're being spawn killed? It's because you don't have a brain and/or you're not moving. Anyways, I digress, and I hope you're not guilty of such things.

It's because these skins actually change the gun and even iron sights while 90% of current MW3 blueprints are just ugly ass re colors from the same weapon. Also these skins don't look too out of place like current ones...

Yeah, i got this skin in MW2 2022 i believe, it's in the Hyena bundle, and tbh it's the only good skin for the AK beside of the DMZ skin in that game

Remember when we used to be OUTRAGED that these skins were behind lootboxes? Now every skin bundle (because buying a single weapon skin is impossible) is behind a $20 paywall? How did we let this happen?

@@TituslikesTurtlesit would be nice if the anime stuff itself isn't rare to be sold. Like i was in argument on how much anime themed bundle that are available in MWIII/warzone2. And after looking at some database website, that anime bundle is only around 8 bundles were made....out of hundreds of other bundles that are not anime related.

It is still a better replacement nonetheless. I would rather purchase a bundles where i already contents of said bundles compare to gambling the lootboxes that the contents itself aren't available to be sold back like in CS2 or DOTA2

@@saverorestuwatari8420 Yeah I see where you’re going but at least with lootboxes we had a chance of getting different skins out of pure luck instead of only being able to buy them. I get it, what we have now isn’t inherently bad, but at least it would be nice getting free skins without having to rely on the battlepass, which takes out of the equation any luck of getting a rare skin

The G3 CETME 58 skin is beautiful. Definitely the best of the bunch, plus all of these skins are better than current day ones.

Mock them as you like, these mods make sense for most of the guns. Yeah, some of the guns are shiny and anodized, but that leans into the competition//"race" gun subset, where you're at a range and fancy colors don't offer any tactical disadvantage. And then there's the InRange Mud Test skins, those are funny.

Imagine making a skin that would require new animations and just not animating them. The AKS with the both sides bolt handle the double sided handle bolt carrier needs to ride with the bolt on both sides. It’s literally one piece of metal.
