I love your videos. I am a sewing 101 person and you explain things so well that I am not afraid to try something new. I'm usually afraid I'm going to mess up and waste fabric so I procrastinate. Thank you!

Thanks for walking thru all the diff interfacing out there, I had no idea. Question - I was just given a vintage quilt top that my husband's great grandmother had made. The fabric she used seems like it's a light weight cotton in various prints. It's estimated to be about 70 years old and is in excellent condition. I was thinking about adding a fusible interfacing to strenghten the fabric before I went to all the work of finishing it. From your video, I like the sounds of the Pellon 101 Shape Flex and what your remarks about it Jean. What's your opinion? Tx for any advice. Watching you from Ontario Canada.

Wonder under is adhesive on both sides. Iron onto your piece, remove paper, then iron onto another piece. She made it sound like an interfacing, but it really is more of a double sided iron on adhesive I use it and the 725 for patching. With jeans I use it on the patch to iron on before sewing it in since it gets difficult working inside the legs especially. Also when sewing on patches to jackets and stuff like band name ones. Doesn't need to hold alone, just hold while stitching it in. That's how I use it at least

@@Stitchinpost I never considered just using it as an interfacing and only gluing one side. Always new things to learn :-) I got it to make sew on patches iron on then still sew them but they don't move lol
