So far the best interior design channel I followed next to Elle Uy 😊😊 I know marami naman magaling na Interior Designers out there but I am really fascinated sa mga channels na may studio unit/small spaces makeover kasi naiinspire din ako mag transform ng studio apartment ko. Nice design! I must commend your editing skills, too- very modern and minimalist! However, all the unnecessary time lapse video is annoying, especially when you're walking, it makes viewers feel dizzy. May I suggest, giving actual information on where you are, what you are buying, and some tips on why you choose that particular product. In this way, viewers would be able to learn. Kapag kasi puro time lapse lang, nagiging boring your video especially if we have no idea on the whole process. Nonetheless, great vid! You earned one subscriber, sir!

dreamy professor I love the time lapses though especially yong nasa Condo na. It gives us the feeling na andon din kamo gumagawa. 😁😁 Yong sa Store lang cguro, instead of time lapses videos, still photos will do.I hope your channel and career will continue to grow. God Bless 👍🏻👍🏻

I kinda like your makeover skills Sir. Next time, try considering solid wood (table, chairs etc) instead of laminated. This will help the place look more grandeur and solid woods are sturdy unlike the other one as it would not last that long. Thank you and more contents please! ♥️♥️

Hi Architect can you do renovation of 20sqm condo at SMDC Sun Residences. This will include the kitchen, CR and installation of book shelves. I can send you the layout and we can start negotiating. We have a sched visit to Manila on Feb 25 but you can visit the unit prior. My son & daughter are available just text me of your sched visit.We have 2 more condos for renovations one in Boni heights Taguig and at SMDC shore in pasay within the year. Our priority is Sun as the cabinets are already delapidated
