Hey, ya'll! Today's video is an INTERMEDIATE DEEP STRETCH WITH AFFIRMATIONS. For this video, we will be doing poses that are more on the challenging side. I'm slowly starting to incorporate more intermediate & advanced practices, so let me know how this challenge was for you. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. I've been following you for about 2.5 years and consider myself a beginner. But I decided to give this a try after passing it up yesterday. I'm so grateful you've always taught modifications to most poses, so I could modify as needed this time without any guidance - I didn't sit anything out in puppy pose, lol. That made me really proud and blessed for the abilities I do have.

I only found difficulty during the plank to wild thing part, so I did modifications. This flow felt amazing though! Thanks, Nico🧘🏽‍♀️🫶🏽🙏🏽

Moderately difficult for me. I consider myself a full on power yogi, this practice really challenged me to find effort and ease to keep myself safe and still maintain the integrity of my practice! Thank you!

Greetings all🙏🏿✨️ myself and my body are sending so much light, peace & love to you Nico and all else gathered here. As usual after any one of your offerings I am light...in every way possible, especially atm where I'm working through settling and releasing. This particular practise gave my body and mind much releasing which is exactly what was needed as I continue through...I repeated the practise and allowed my tears to come up. Haven’t stretched or did any time of yoga in some weeks, I pushed myself until I hit 16:27. However it’s definitely a video I’m willing to challenge myself to finish to the end.

I’ve been doing yoga every morning for 3 years now and somehow I hadn’t pushed to try an intermediate flow, this morning I said, why not if I don’t feel well I can do something else, well the most challenging part wasn’t till the fire logs, bc running has my hips tight and the side planks, but I did this whole flow with only a few modifications! Alright Now 🎉 Go Me ! Go us !! Thank you for reminding us to be kind to ourselves, meant so much more today. I’m glad I tried this ❤

That side plank was probably the most difficult for me my hand hurt a lot while doing it. I think I just need more practice with it! Thank you so much this was a great deep stretch overall I’m really glad you posted! 🙏🏽

the poses after downward dog were tough I almost gave up because of the pain in my right shoulder but this was a good deep stretch that I needed!

I always stay in the beginner zone, occasionally dabbling in the intermediate zone, glad I did for this practice. Some areas I’m ready to move to intermediate and some I need to up my strength and stretching. That fire log pose 😮‍💨 oh my……thanks as always Nico 💛💛💛

Waay over my ability but I was learning to flow with modifications so that I would be ready for what I can do like down dog and pigeon pose (I remember that was too much of a challenge). Thank you Nico. You certainly keeps it interesting. 💙

This was my first time practicing one of your intermediate videos. It was great! Beautiful practice for a weekend flow. Some of the poses exposed where I'm not as flexible and pliable and I want to be, but I envision me getting there. Thank you❤

This was really great and a bit challenging for me because my arms are short for some of the poses. It will really benefit me to invest in a yoga strap and block. I could feel it interfering with my posture for certain poses. Overall I loved it. I got a really great stretch in the arms legs back and hips the most💗💗
