Best way of doing it: Bring Get Low up to 117, cut it in like you're doing a few times, stop the other track and while still hitting the cue button on Get Low every four/eight bars or so, lower the speed slowly down to 101 - and then drop it in. I've found that just dropping in a song with a completely different bpm always throws people off, and some may actually leave the dance floor because of it.
