- Intermediate Full Body Pilates Workout -
This is an intermediate total body mat Pilates workout with no equipment. Throughout this Pilates flow mat class, you’ll work to strengthen and stretch the body while fostering a deeper awareness with each exercise.
This is a moderate paced class and includes the Pilates exercise of roll over if that’s in your Pilates practice. You’ll close the Pilates workout with a few minutes of gentle stretching.

This is a keeper. Thank you Beth. You are a gift to me. I will be 75 and I feel better than I did at 40. Your balance exercises were great and yes it enables us to fulfill a day with ease and joy.

loved the use of the mat in this workout. i found i got such a better connection to my abs and no sore neck at all. ill definitely be using this trick again :)

Loved this class! My chiropractor recommended I do Pilates a lot more to strengthen my core and balance a functional imbalance in my body and I knew I could turn to your classes. Thank you ♥️

nice flow, really cool for the body and the mind after a long day, when you want to work out but also relax in the meantime... please, do more medium/advanced class! I already said that you're my saviour during this lockdown!!

Can someone help me...Beth perhaps. Is it normal to after 8 months of doing palates exercises 3 days a week to: 1. Still be unable to get through an entire workout 1:1? 2. Feel back pain in certain positions? 3. Not really see much improvement?

There is SO much going on with Pilates. So this can be part of the process. We don't want pain for sure. But the progress can be slow. I just did an interview with someone who trained with Mr. Pilates who reaffirmed that progress takes time. However, when you work with a structured plan, it can help.
