Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

Hi, for the isolation moves like lateral raises you can use anything from 5-11 lbs and for the compound moves anything from 11-20lbs. Due to the short rest period the weight doesn’t have to be majorly heavy but you want to be able to feel like you are moving something. If your weights are too light aim to speed up the reps (with as good form as possible) to make it more challenging. Vary the weights where possible to get the best out of the workout. Hi, here is a suggested range for upper body: anything from 5- 15 lbs can be used. Use the lighter weight range 5-10 lbs for the lateral raises as it is an isolation exercise) and for lower body you can use anything from 10-20lbs. Gauge how you feel in the movements and go heavier where you feel you can. If you don’t have a huge selection of weights aim to speed up the movement (maintaining the best form you can or you can work through the rest period). But as always do what feels right and challenging for you. I hope this helps 💕
