Join me as I continue to share my research and practice in the Chinese martial art of Yiquan.
Yiquan is the inheritance of the whole human species, and the average level we achieve in any generation is dependent on how we work together.

I began teaching Chinese Health and Martial Arts in 1981. Since then I have trained with, taught and shared with hundreds of people on the same path. My own philosophical underpinnings on my journey like yourself have their source in the writings of Wang Xiangzhai. So thank you for your open, honest and refreshing contribution. Raymond

This is a very personal and very dark monologue. Very poignant and at times embarrasing. It reminds me of the world-view of Socrates in Plato's Republic. But Socrates offers a gleam of hope in the end. You do not. Cheers.

na. hes just asking for people to find their own way. if this was a discussion on gardening and determining what you hope to get out of gardening, why you garden, how much you hope to produce then its a normal conversation. In the cult of garden culture, its carries the darkness. Fuck martial arts, and every cult of belief, Fuck, fight (mental and physical), feed, flee and flog (sell) Turn them all into arts, but be careful. If you do, people will objectify you, idolize you and turn creativity into conventionality, common sense into unconscious dogma and destroy and perverse all good things. True lowliness and humility shield such darkness, so chop and carry firewood.
