🙌Thank you! A year ago I lost 17kgs through IF, and initially felt amazing. However, as time wore on, I found myself constantly injured, hungry and food obsessed. Getting back to more intuitive eating has been a challenge. It’s been really hard relinquishing that control, and letting go of being super thin. That said, I am really appreciate having more energy, less fear around food and feeling like a better example for my students. Thank you for all your fabulous work! ❤
