@@hibafathi9360 hi I have reduced like 8 kgs in 2 months .. after tat I was back to my bad me foods and gained back .. but I assure you tat if we change our food intake(I ate our regular foods nothing like strict diet ) and follow intermittent fasting we will reduce weight .. also I dint gain like as soon as I stop IF .. it was my mistake tat I dint follow it properly .. but we can see amazing result .. do try if you wanna give it a go .. I’m gonna start again and follow the IF ..

Any new lifestyle change delays periods like new diet, new exercise routine. Need not panic. If you are periods are regular before.. pls consult a doctor.

No dear.. I dont recommend buying that.. soft ha fruits matum dhan juice poduthu.. I mainly use it for protein shake.. as mixie la powder matikudhu keela so bought it.. normal use ku I dont thnk it is worth to buy🙂

Hi sis... I saw your video now only. Ninga 12:12 window pathi soningala. Can you please explain that. I usually have dinner around 7 30 at night and breakfast the next morning at around 8 30. So does this come under the 12:12 practice? If yes, can you say any improvements or tips that can be done during this 12 hr eating period?

In fasting period, you can have only water, jeera water, black tea, black coffee, green tea. No milk and No sugar as I told in video😀 Eating time you can have, tea or coffee with brown sugar is recommended
