Objective: The new patient-centric approach of molecular medicine ensures better health outcome. Molecular biology techniques are reliable tools for rapid diagnosis and better patient management. Establishment of such cost effective, diagnostic facilities and their easy access to public is the need of the hour in developing state of Madhya Pradesh such that the common man does not need to travel long distance for obtaining timely, economical and optimal healthcare facilities.
About Seminar: Eminent scientists from Columbia University, NY, USA, SGPGIMS Lucknow and AIIMS Bhopal would interact and discuss their expertise on molecular diagnostics with registered participants from various colleges of India. They would provide hands-on training in various molecular biology techniques with an emphasis on rapid and accurate diagnosis of diseases. The training would also encourage participants to develop the infrastructure and molecular diagnostic facilities in their respective locations/institutes.
