I just traveled from France to the United States and Back to France. So I'm telling you everything about International Travel during these crazy times. The protocol and the rules have changed. So I'm sharing what it's like. Check it out!

When you get back to the U.S. you have to fly JetBlue and purchase a seat in the Mint cabin the food is amazing!

The thing about temperature checks is that if you’re a menopausal woman, you’re temperature can fluctuate several times a day! 😮🤔

Good luck, Roman! I recently came back to Lithuania. I traveled from Nepal to Dubai, then to England, and after staying there for some time - to Vilnius, Lithuania. I was required to do a PCR test when I flew from Nepal to Dubai to London. But from London to Vilnius no such test was necessary. A flight from Nepal to Dubai was pretty full whilst a Dubai to London flight was quite empty - I had no one sitting on my row of seats. I don't remember though how was the latest Vilnius - London flight (my memory is very bad, lol). All the flights were very clean and people were served food. My boyfriend was telling me about the face shields and I couldn't believe it until I saw it on videos such as yours, but when I was flying no one was wearing such things. In Dubai it is so much told that there are even dogs trained to detect the virus. But when I was transitting they didn't even ask for my PCR test proof. And in no airport had I ever had my temperature taken. Oh and I had my mask tailor-made with breathable thin material as I can't breathe with those surgical masks.

Ok wow! That's a lot of travel. I love Nepal but I can't imagine being there now. I'm happy to hear your also had safe travels despite a few hoops to jump through.

@@romanlillie yes, now Nepal is not a place to be. Too much police presence and no freedom of movement. Yet in France there's no freedom either now.

Great video! Very informative as usual. I’ve also resolved the mask issue as the normal adults sized masks don’t fit my face well either. The kid sized ones fit perfectly turns out😄..

Hahaha yes, I think my face is too small for the normal masks. I also have a few kid sizes ones, but after an hour they start to hurt my ears. so I'm still searching for the perfect mask 🤪

Good to know about your experience of travel. I got question about if we are allowed to travel for a week only or do we have to do it for two weeks at least. Another question is the test required to go to US?

I traveled from NYC to Niagara Falls in August and from NYC to Maine in September. Both JFK Airport and LaGuardia were much quieter than usual making all aspects quicker. Jet Blue did not fill middle seats, provided sanitation wipes and a snack bag. Delta offered the wipes on one of the two flights I flew with them and no snacks on either. The tricky part of navigating domestic US travel is dealing with each individual states' travel restrictions and rules, which can change from the time you book the flight to the date of travel.

yikes wow. managing all of the different rules from state to state seems really tough. I have family in Hawaii, and the rules for visiting there has changed so so many times. I don't even know the next time I'm be able to visit them. But glad you were able to navigate all of that!

ooh, I've heard mixed experiences about this and it seems to come down to the airline. I've heard horror stories from people who fly on different flights than their pet and then have to try and claim them. So I'd definitely try to avoid that. But definitely call and verify the procedure for each airline and try to book the one that let's your dog stay with you (or at a bare minimum can put you on the same flight (s). Happy traveling!

Dear Roman, did you need to take a covid test and provide a negative covid test before boarding the flight, departing for USA? (Not the flight from USA towards France). Leaving for USA for the holidays. Thank you. Take care!

@roman around the world could you please clarifie if the 72 hours pcr test is 72 hseeours from the date you took the test or 72 hours from when the pcr results was provided

💞Travels within the States have actually been nice with fewer people on the roads. Mask are mandatory and different brands of face mask 😷 fits differently. No complaints about California traffic, pretty nice...Take care!

I travelled just yesterday to Detroit and there were no temperature checks. The second leg of my flight with delta they put someone right beside me. It was shocking.

I live in France with my husband, I have my carte de sejour and I’m a US citizen so I know I can fly back to the US. I’m just super worried about my flight back to France 😓😓 and not being let in for whatever reason 😓

I totally get it. I was worried about not being able to return too. After all, rules can change without warning (especially in 2020). But it worked out for me, and for now at least, the rules would allow you to go and return.

I find it offputting as well but she faced getting a ticket so I understand why. However I'd probably either film inside or risk the ticket in defiance, but that's just me.
