sir, problem is that shortness of breathe, cough. we have this problem showing in esi hospital and other clinic some doctor are said lungs shrink and 50% demage. I want to know any treatment way to outside the problem. is any treatment to this problem?

It's good. Not too much reduced in it. But if it's fibrotic nsip then prognosis not too good
