Starts with a 5 sec pre-count, then plays a five beep countdown before each round starts and a beep when it ends, plus an alarm after 80 rounds with 60 sec overtime.

For a specific number of rounds other than 80 here's timestamps for every fifth:

∙ 15 rounds / 11 min 00 sec (47:46)
∙ 20 rounds / 14 min 45 sec (44:01)
∙ 25 rounds / 18 min 30 sec (41:16)
∙ 30 rounds / 22 min 15 sec (37:31)
∙ 35 rounds / 26 min 00 sec (33:46)
∙ 40 rounds / 29 min 45 sec (30:01)
∙ 45 rounds / 33 min 30 sec (26:16)
∙ 50 rounds / 37 min 15 sec (22:31)
∙ 55 rounds / 41 min 00 sec (18:46)
∙ 60 rounds / 44 min 45 sec (15:01)

+黃議霆 Hey! Absolutely, my terms are simple. Firstly use it picture-in-picture as a complement to your own content (which you'll probably do already in a workout video). Secondly credit me by putting both the channel name and link in the description (kzfaq.info). Lastly also obvious don't remove or obscure channel logo on the timer. But other than that feels free to cut length, size or remove sound.

+Oscar Garza Believe it or not there's people who click my timers and then complain or make jokes that timers on youtube isn't needed, like where's the logic in them clicking it then. And if making timers on youtube is a waste of time, what is clicking one of them and then wasting your own time writing about how I've wasted mine, makes no sense to me. I'm trying hard to accept that some people are just mean and/or stupid, but having a hard time with it:D Nowadays I just remove those kind of comments and try to ignore the dislikes:D
