@@just_observing1Texas has several accents. Most of them are still going strong. The central Texas German/texan accent is dying out. It’s dying because of the influx of people from out of state over the last 30 years. I’m from west Texas. We have a mix of Texan and a high plains accent.

Just a normal southern accent.

@Hemingroo awesome interview! I really miss the old stories. I'm kind of wondering if I'm related to you. I'm 53 years old and from naples. My grandfather Harold Daniels built fishing boats where Tin City is in Naples in the 50s and 60s, and I think before that, they were in Fort Myers doing it. I imagine they all intertwine somewhere. Haha Anyway, thank you for your time.

Everyone saying this is a Florida accent needs to move around. I can take you to almost any 100 person, off the map, small southern town and find plenty of old southerners who talk like this. Some my family.

Used to live in Marathon,Florida back in the 90s and knew a few people that were getting out of prison after 10-20 years from runnin dope in boats. In the 90s they was smuggling people in.

Being born and breed in Florida is a blessing swimming to try and sneak up on gators to hearing stories from all the old heads doing stuff like what's in the video or running moonshine to the mob stories because they liked using locals to do alot of there work
