Just for the record, we never got out of first gear ,played a patient slow game and took the chance.

Even with 11 players Eastleigh would have lost. They were played off the park today by a slick, superior Chesterfield outfit although, according to their manager his team lost because of the referee who, incidently, imo, was very good. Get real fella.

Remember Richard Hill did not want to be the manager, but if and when we get a new one, RH has to remember not to interfere. Refs in this league are poor, and that is nothing new. We need something at Gateshead. Let's hope the lads show up.
