James Whitham is back at Reactive Parts for a brew and a catch up with some of our favourite riders
In today's video, James talks to Taylor McKenzie about his thoughts on making the transition from STK to SBK. Taylor has been busy with his KZfaq channel and gives us the run down on what else he's been working on, from DIY with a saw from Aldi and restoration of a TY80!
Since this video was filmed, Taylor has confirmed a ride for 2021 and will be once again riding for Bathams Racing in the National Superstock 1000! Congratulations Taylor!!

It's interesting to look back on this interview, this was only 5 months ago and look at where you are now!!! HUGE credit to you because the only reason you are where you are now is your OWN HARD WORK, keeping the training despite having had surgery and raising funds via KZfaq, patreon etc you really have grafted! First time I have seen Taylor interviewed what a nice lad. Just rattles me that even 60 yrs since Hailwood's day you still need two things to be a successful racer . Talent & money . Plenty with the former that suffer because they don't have the latter. Good Luck Taylor.

How about a support event at BSB where all the old racers like Whit, Foggy, etc have to ride their restored bikes? It has to be a push start as well, no tyre warmers. That would make great TV!

Whit you are a world of knowledge on both sides of the fence ie on the bike or talking about bikes , good luck with your channel . Its great hearing riders talking about their experiences 👌 nice one

Nobody tells a story like James.Gosh I can remember great battles when Niall and James were teammates. They were as good battles as Lawson and Gardner, Schwantz and Rainey, just a little more civil.
