Lorena Tarantino and Gianpiero Galdi chat about their philosophies, tango shows, teaching methodologies, and the tango comunity in a conversational interview with Elletango collaborator Yaara Melamed.
Gianpiero Galdi and Lorena Tarantino are Argentinian tango dancers, performers and teachers travelling around the world to share their art and pedagogy. We were grateful and lucky to host them year after year, seeing and experiencing their evolution as dancers and teachers.
Elletango is an Argentinian tango school in Bologna led by Luciana Semprini aiming to broaden the horizons of the local comunity.
TangoEchoes is a project led by ElleTango collaborator Yaara Melamed sharing the same goals.

If my friends called and said come on we are going out to have fun I would jump and enjoy every moment, he seems like it’s a drag. I think he should stay quiet and just stick to dancing.
