She says umm a lot because she is putting on a more London middle class accent when really she has a northern accent and is trying to hide it. I read she had an accent coach to get rid of the northern one she naturally has. If you watch emmerdale you will hear her real accent. In fact at the end of the video you can hear it when she says “So” she slips back into the northern accent. Quite weird how her agent made her change her accent.... reminds me of Catherine zeta jones who is really welsh adopted an American accent for awhile....

She kept part of her accnt in the 50th anniversary special. I think she says umm because she's always been uncomfortable doing interviews. You can tell by how much she uses her hands and her eyes never stay focused on anything. Hard to believe it's all DW history now.

It is amazing, but also scary, how Jenna uses gestures exactly how I do (everyone makes fun of me because I have to "illustrate" everything I explain and use my hands for it) and how she can't make eye contact for more than 2 seconds, just like me :s

Haha same, especially with the eye contact thing.. and when she's talking she physically can't keep her hands still so sometimes she has to be holding something so she doesn't move her hands about too much.. personally i like that little quirk of hers and find it adorable.

Also looks like she's holding a pen during this.. she usually fiddles with stuff as well haha
