Hello. I noticed that you use the word predeceased in the video. Does that mean that the rules and variations to the systems would be any different if any members died after the deceased rather than prior to the deceased? Property in my situation is heir property (no will) in South Carolina and the first surviving generation is at the grandchildren level right now.

Ok, I've got a complicated situation and may take me a minute to explain... My Aunt died with no children. She had Brothers and a Sister when she died. 2 Brothers which she Diswilled one of the Brothers because he was a leech the testator said. Same goes for the testators Sister, diswilled. Leaving her other Brother as the main beneficiary. She gave half to him and the other half to 6 charities. He has issue, 3 Daughters. A Will stipulation /Survivorship clause exists in the Will of 90 days. Her Brother, the main beneficiary lives in another state from where the probate os held , so are his issue in the same State. In 1991 he was in the late stages of Alhlzheimers disease. However his death certificate reads he died in late 2001 making him a medical miracles surviving stage 7 alhzheimers disease for that long. His issue are named in the will as the contingent to his share if he failed to survive his Sister. HOWEVER, The issue didn't even get notice of Aunts death or probate going on. EVER-. It was years before they became aware. Brothers ex Stepson whom was raised as a very corrupt Attorney became good buddies with the public administrator and intentionally did not notify Brothers issue. Brothers ex Stepson ended up with all the estate and issue got nothing. Issue also living in another state not sure if i already said that sorry... What should of happend here..?
