I have helped mothers deliver babies before and my respect for women increased tremendously after these experiences. As men, we need more education by listening to you so that we can understand these issues also from your perspective.

Great Nuggets. Amazing facts shared through experience and research! Thank you so much. This is extremely helpful to couples expecting their 1st baby or planning to have a baby. It comes in handy especially, the guys. most of time you are not sure what to expect... I kept "marking" myself where i did well and where i struggled during that season, thank God, we are out of that fragile season. Appreciations, for your time and effort into this.

Rosette, I fully agree with you about exercise. I'm a slim lady, but exercise has worked better on my flexibility. Rachael- thx for sharing about the quantity goal. Manuela, the bit of working from low libido to good momentum is a good one. Pumla- thx for that summary from "over 25yrs" I relate to one of the challenges (the trauma). I agree, there's always help. Angie- you make me look forward to 40yrs
