There are lots of public toilets in developed countries. I’ve lived in Singapore and presently live in Australia. I’ve visited many developed countries. There are easily accessible public toilets everywhere. To demonise or criminalise public urination without authorities providing necessary infrastructure is an abominable.

Shankar and the 3% group should understand one basic thing. All the law, infrastructure, plan, development, individual discipline and etc etc, everything has been planned very well in the developed countries when the population was so low. Developing countries can't change everything overnight. Or you have to be ready to donate 90% of your savings/properties to aid government. So that the average citizens can live a peaceful life and can obtain all the discipline and also the infrastructure can be improved. When someone has a MacBook, iphone, bmw, etc, won't try to get a bribe. Please donate and be an example, Shankar sir. You are playing with producers' money and audience time to satisfy your ego, which was soaked in regressive thoughts.
