Or, just for the pure hell of it, you can use the bridge upstream in Denali National Park, then either handrail downstream the Tek to the Stampede Trail or hike over to the Shushanna from the bridge and then just follow Shush directly to the bus. If the upstream rapids on the Tek are too high to follow the river through the gorge, go over a parallel route over the mountains, then join back up on the Tek. Maps are wonderful if you're ever brave enough to give them a try. ;)

I dont see a bridge on the tek near denali park. Could you give me the lat and longatude? To pin point it? Tried google search n such already

Since the movie released, the bus has practically been destroyed by tourists. The trash out there is insane. I thought hikers, out of all people, would be the last to do such things.

I think all those people going to the magic bus are wrong . You need to found YOUR OWN "MAGIC BUS" ….

I agree with you ! If Christopher shows us anything, it’s that we all need to find our way on our own journey, not somebody else’s. Here’s a test for anyone who has hiked to the bus; Did you take a selfie while at the bus? If so, begin your own life journey by asking yourself why you did.

Yep, the bus has left the area, taken to a undisclosed location by the canadian/american military governments. I'm guessing they must have plans for the area. Before ya start I know all about"protecting people" is their reason, 🤔

christopher could have made it back home its only that he didn,t know the area and his arrogance kept him from taking the advice to get a map cause not very far from where he crosse the river normally there is another passage way safer that could have saved his life . But he didn,t explore it and decided to go back to the bus and thats when he made the mistake of eting the seeds that would starve him to death . and the irnony is that someone found his remains one week later

@Darwimm nearby is relative. It's 18 and a half miles upstream on the other side of a mountain range and countless beaver ponds. There WAS a cable crossing over the Tek less than a mile north of the where the Stampede Trail crosses it, but it was destroyed shortly after Chris was there.
