I absolutely agree with Punchy. There's just Something about these silent hill runs that exude this comfortable energy. I think it's definitely a mix of nostalgia both with the game and whatever we were all doing at the time this game came out. School, hanging out with friends, the trips to the video store, playing out in the street, coming home when the street lights came on, Halloween, riding bikes, watching our older siblings play such games, our action figures, a favorite article of clothing we once had, maybe having a crush on someone and so on. It's definitely a chill vibe that brings out so much in everyone!

Spot on ... I also get strong nostalgia watching Silent Hill 2 ... that was my first PS2 horror game I played as a kid, and it was really spooky experience.

ReL The thing about the red liquid glitch and how long it's been known about. I used to write as a freelancer for the Official UK PS magazine backm in the day (as well as a couple of others). I predominantly wrote guides and tips, and I remember my editor telling me about this glitch in conversation once, which was a couple of months or so after release. Given that we would get games before they were released to work on doing guides, we'd often get a walkthrough from the devs themselves (obviously from QA testing) so it's entirely possible he gleaned it from there. Note: Yes, we would indeed be getting all manner of versions before release, not necessarily the full UK release. It really depended.

2:38:30 Another creditsong that goes absolutely hard is Stalker Call of Priypat's. It's 7 minutes long and absolutely the way to finish a trilogy.

I went crazy went I saw you, Ecdycis, at AGDQ, and tried to get my gf to understand how awesome of a person you are! I think I need to try again but less fanboy to get her to understand lol
