@HotoneAudio hi guys i just bought the Ampero Press II shown here in the video to pair with my Ampero II Stomp and was wondering what kind of cable do i need to take advantage of the Press? I see a separate expression and control input for the press but on the back of my Ampero II Stomp i only have 1 1/4" Combo jack plug for both things. Is there a special cable i need to buy?

the soul press 2 has was, this one doesnt. also, this one has an expression out and a FS out for changing amp channels for example

No, the 2nd cable is for using the switch. For Vol/EXP function you need only one.

would this work with Line 6 HX Effects to switch on the wah pedal remotely? I undesrtand expression pedals work differently than the stomp/stomp xl. thank you!

Hello team. I just received my Press 2 and just noticed it ask for 2 TRS cables to have both FS and XP functions. I ordered a HX Stomp XL, which has a TRS dual FS or XP input. Does this mean I can only use one of the functions with my unit. I am testing it now on a Mooer GE 200 withc has a XP input. Using my TRS i to the expression, the pedal is not recognized. Any ideas here? Is this pedal only designed to work with Ampero ? Any help, will appreciate. Thanks

Got it...but it seems not work properly with HX Stomp ... goes from 0% to 50% back to 0%...

Can be used with any host. It's a passive EXP pedal.

@woodworking_noobie i asked this too and never got an answer lol. Im new to guitar playing and wanted to try out a wah pedal so i wasnt sure on getting this or the the Soul Press II pedal they have on their website. The only thing that i dont like is the color of it. Im thinking this Press II would need a TRS cable split into Two separate plugs similar to those TRS 1/4" cables with a left and right plug for monitors. But thats just my guess.
