I am a T-Mobile customer And NOT everyone has Magenta status. I do not get any free streaming because I was told I was a long time customer and my plan does NOT qualify for free streaming and the Tuesday deals are Garbage. Completely Useless . Once upon a time T-Mobile used to give good perks NOT ANY MORE And another thing, on site customer services really sucks. I had several issues with those employees. So Magenta status is not for everyone.🤬

You save money by having a grandfathered plan….change your plan and you’ll get more perks because it’s more expensive. Gotta pick your battles.

Not to sound ungrateful, but other than the movie tickets, all the Tuesday perks are pretty useless. The hotel and rental car thing is like not useful at all unless you travel a lot and Shell is notoriously expensive so the discount for that just makes their price more comparable to everyone else's after the discounts are applied. I was honestly hoping for better stuff. I'm happy about the movie tickets though. My family uses that all the time.

@@lte6983 They do tickets for any atom purchase a good portion of the time too so I don't mind it. Most of the time the movies they offer tickets for I already have an interest in seeing but maybe not for full price. Like I'm not a huge Bob Marley fan but I wouldn't mind seeing that movie for a discounted price.

I'd rather have free KZfaq TV or a half off discount every month. Alot of these perks are for people that already have money to travel or go to concerts lol. Ive had t mobile all my life even when I was a kid but this shows how companies are out of touch with reality.

How about ask the customers what they would like( within reason of course). Personally I would like activation fees waived, option for free choice of one streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Google tv, KZfaq tv etc..) and skip-a-payment once a year. Lol!!!

Waiving activation fees, free choice of streaming services, and to skip a payment, all of these things is what consumers really want.

It’s either pay more for a more premium plan and get the perks or keep your old plan and not get the better promotions. It’s your choice. You can change your plan if you want to.

All I wanted was for T-Mobile to unlock my 100% paid off Motorola G Pure phone but they would not do it. I went round and round with them and my phone is still locked. And I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years.

T mobile deleted the last voicemail from my uncle that died. I didn't delete it. There was no reason for this and this is unacceptable. Please like and comment so this pos company can see the pain they caused me and my family.
