The good thing about this platform that there is so much parts for this chassis that one can keep it a sleeper or build an M3 clone. I think you should do an N/A build, get everything working like if it came stock. Show that it can be a reliable daily driver and still put out good power. Once that’s done, adding a turbo is easy. I can’t wait to see what you do over the next few videos will be definitely watching as I’m looking for a E90 myself to do this swap!

If the trans plans are for sure auto i’d go ahead and boost it. If you still have that t56 kickin around i think a nice 230ish .600 cam and keeping it NA could make a really fun street car without too much investment.

I’d like to see it NA first, then turbo or supercharger.

I reckon a positive displacement or centrifugal blower would be the way to go. And if possible an alloy block.
