I rowed for 4 years and yeah it was a little painful to watch them row incorrectly. However I’ve learned that most people don’t know the form for it. It’s just not as common as spinning for people 😂😂😂

Rowing machines are a really good workout, especially for people who don't have a rowboat, don't live near a lake, or can't afford renting one every day.

For anyone who has this, how does it feel to row with a handle that sits at that angle? The bend of the handle immediately made me cringe as a former competitive rower

Do not purchase the Echelon Rower. I purchased one in November and it was broke in 3 weeks. I have been waiting over a month for warranty replacement part. Terrible customer service. I regret making this purchase and want to warn people.

What broke? I’ve had mine for several weeks now and have put it through rigorous reps. No issues thus far.

@@lurking2raid the resistance controller/handle does not control resistance. Changed batteries and still no power. Very frustrated it has been 6 weeks now and still no idea when the part will leave the warehouse.

If you do enough reps on this machine, you'll get some good cardio going. It operates smoothly. If you don't fold it up, it takes up a long footprint.
