The XG hotend with its new architecture is a brainchild of our collaboration with DropEffect. This creative partnership made this product possible:
- The name "XG-Hotend" stands for extreme gradient and this hotend deserves this title.
- The XG hotend is the first hotend on the market that offers direct mounting options for your part cooling fan ducts. But it can also be used as a hotend mounting option on your X-Carriage.
- Our Ceramic Ring Heater has incredibly fast heat-up times. Also, the thermistor is easily replaceable using a screw connection. You can even upgrade it to a thermocouple to reach temperatures up to 500°C.
- The Kinematic Coupling minimizes the heat transfer to an absolute minimum and also enables you to do one-handed nozzle changes and the arrangement of the cables in six different positions. Just the way you need it for your personal requirements.
- At 40g, the XG-Hotend is one of the lightest on the market.
- We used only the best materials for the highest possible thermal performance.
