I am confused about the medial/lateral rotation of the knee joint. So when you have your knee joint outward your body and your foot is close to your anther leg is considered as medial rotation? I thought it would be the lateral rotation since your knee joint is away from the midline.

You missed a lot of basic ones too. If your explaining protraction and retraction then you might as well to elevation and depression, also hand movements like ulna/radial deviation

Quite a few mistakes in this such as describing hip flexion as extension and describing knee rotation which is clearly internal and external rotation of the hip.
